Sorry have been really busy lately but here are two maps that I promised to post several days ago! We hope they will come in handy when you are planing a visit during the Flower Festival

I thought it would be a good idea to put up our location. Our post code is BT23 6SA. I know that  a post code can be put in a Sat Nav  and I hear that it will save you time and money! That can't be a bad thing. I will also  post a map to help you find us if you are like me and don't have a Sat Nav!

Fundraiser for our Flower Festival

Killinchy Union of Parishes are holding a Pub Quizz this Friday in Lisbarnett House at 8pm to raise funds for our Flower Festival . A quizz night is always great fun and this one will be no exception! There will be prizes,ballots and even a light supper so come and join us.

I am St Mary's Kilmood and the venue for the Flower Festival in June 2012.The photo below shows what I look like.People talk about my age but I am younger than I look!.I am in County Down about halfway between Ballygowan and Killinchy. There used to be three of us but now there is only two!
My sister church is just down the road at Killinchy you can see her for miles as she sits on  the top of a hill.

I hope to let you know why we are doing this, how the preparation for the Flower Festival is coming along and would be delighted  if you would let others know  about us.
